  • Was apart of the Workplace 1 Team

  • Produced drawings for both the Demolition Set and the MEP Set

  • Worked in Revit and Bluebeam daily to communicate edits between my mentors and the clients

  • Simultaneously completed an Intern Design Project presented at the end of the summer​

• Lendlease | New York Presbyterian Hospital | New York, NY - Internship (Summer 2023)

  • Obtained exposure to the construction side of the build process as well as the design and scheduling of a healthcare facility whilst coordinating with the clientele of an active hospital in the post-pandemic climate

  • First half of the summer spent on the Project Management team​

    • Documenting, writing and processing RFIs, OALs and Submittals

    • Participating in design meetings with the architects and coordinating meetings with hospital officials

  • Second half of summer spent on the Superintendent team

    • Monitoring the Dust Protective and Infectious Control practices in the zones between construction and active surgical rooms​

    • Daily walkthroughs to survey the safety of the construction zones and maintain a negative air pressure throughout the entire site.

  • Worked in the estimating department creating details, performing takeoffs, analyzing weekly drawing updates and procuring questions for RFIs

  • Takeoff work included GSF, Unit/Appliance/Fixture Counts, MEPs and Landscaping etc.

  • Participated in remote project meetings and design critiques for a Collective Housing project in Providence, Rhode Island

Awards, Publications and Leadership:

• Addis Ababa River Cities | Tulane University, Addis Ababa Research Studio (Spring 2024)
  Served as the primary student representative working in tandem with Professor Ruben Garcia Rubio towards the publication of Addis Ababa River Cities. Work from my personal studio project, Hydro Plan, was selected to be featured in this publication. This book outlines the diagnostic proponents of the current condition of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia from an environmental, health, public works, housing and economical standpoint as well as a design proposal for the future of the sites along the Upper Kebana River.
